This production line could make (2) different shapes of purlin
with many kinds of dimensions, and all the dimensions conversion
are completed automatically, even no need to change forming
roller.
Punching system could be adjusted automatically, no need to
change moulding frame.
Controlling system consists of (1) industrial controller & some
electrical parts.
The appearance of the machine is great with high performance,
which means you just input parameters in the screen; conversion
of product dimensions is done within several seconds, since
controlling system could make this job automatically.

PRODUCTION LINE DESCRIPTION:
Production line consists of guiding, flattening, forming,
punching, cutting, electrical controlling & hydraulic station
1.) Guiding: Avoiding making metal product deflection
during production
2.) Flattening: Most of coil is hot roll, surface
roughness is not good, after flattening product
quality will be improved. There are (7) rollers to
make flattening; (2) sides of machine are protected
by wall board
3.) Forming: Consists of motor, chassis, roller,
automatically conversion parts, self-regulation
device; Chassis's girder is made of channel steel,
reinforced steel plates are welded. Material of main
roller is Cr15.
4.) Punching: Making Holes; Structure: Gantry frame, (2)
sets of punching machine powered by hydraulic piston,
holes position could be adjusted by motor no matter
if it is vertical or horizontal
5.) Cutting: According to inputting parameter of product's
length & it is fixed by encoder, stop roller running
& make cutting
6.) Hydraulic Station: Providing power to flattening
roller, punching system, cutting & forming
WORK FLOW:
1.) Roll forming machine is driven by main motor thru chain
wheel: forward, backward & stop
wheel: forward, backward & stop
2.) Flow: Coiler running on -> driving flattening & steel
plate goes in -> punching manually -> converting to
automatically -> flattening motor & main motor start
-> product length made by encoder -> flattening motor
speed lower (No speed change w/main motor) ->
flattening motor stop -> punching (or Cutting) ->
flattening motor start -> flattening motor changed
into passiveness after delayed -> main motor speed on
-> length made -> main motor lower speed -> main
motor stop -> cutting -> main motor start w/high
speed -> flattening motor start w/high speed after
0.5-1.2 seconds delayed -> repeat the action as
described above.
